Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and academic programs. Supervise and support teachers within the department. Monitor students' academic and moral development. Provide leadership and direction for the Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic Studies Department. Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and discipline. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Qur’anic studies, Tajweed, Arabic language, and Islamic jurisprudence. Be proficient in preparing lesson plans, assessments, and students' progress reports. Have 5–10 years of proven teaching experience: in Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic Studies. Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills. Be of good character, integrity, and professionalism. Have experience: in departmental leadership, curriculum planning, and staff supervision.
