We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Internal Control Analyst Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Industry: FMCG Responsibilities: Support periodic compliance reviews across departments Assist in communicating policy updates and ensuring documentation is current and accessible. Track policy exceptions and ensure proper approvals are obtained Follow up with process owners to ensure timely implementation of agreed action plans Support continuous control monitoring activities using available tools and data Assist in conducting risk assessments of key processes to identify potential control gaps Collect and analyze data required for risk identification and reporting Assist in monitoring compliance with internal control frameworks (COSO, SOX,) Validate evidence submitted for audit remediation before closure Track changes in business processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals Escalate overdue or high-risk issues to the Finance Manager Support the development and maintenance of risk registers Perform periodic testing of internal controls across key business processes (finance, procurement, inventory, sales, etc.) Maintain a centralized tracker for internal and external audit findings Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements: Support enforcement of change control procedures Requirements: Experience: in FMCG or manufacturing environment is an added advantage Proven experience: in Internal Control, Risk management, Audit or compliance Experience: with internal control frameworks ICOFR is a must.
