We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Stores & Inventory Officer Location: Abuja Job type: Full-time Job Summary The Stores & Inventory Officer is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, control, issuance, and reconciliation of inventory items required for factory operations. The role ensures effective inventory management of spare parts, consumables, packaging materials, maintenance supplies, chemicals, and production inputs while maintaining inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock availability. Key Responsibilities: Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical materials. Maintain inventory traceability and documentation in accordance with quality and food safety requirements. Ensure proper storage conditions for spare parts, chemicals, packaging materials, and operational supplies. Conduct periodic stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits. Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to track inventory transactions and generate reports. Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Production, and Finance departments to support operational requirements. Monitor inventory movement and support inventory optimization initiatives. Receive, inspect, record, and store inventory items in accordance with company procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems. Qualifications HND / B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience: using ERP systems and barcode-based inventory systems will be an added advantage. 2 – 5 years experience: in inventory control, warehousing, or stores management, preferably within manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or industrial operations. Requirements: Strong inventory control and record-keeping skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock management, and inventory best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. High attention to detail and analytical capability.
