The role focuses on achieving campaign goals, maximizing ROI, and ensuring advertising budgets are used effectively through data-driven media buying.Key Responsibilities● Plan, launch, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs (e.g., display, video, mobile, native, CTV), including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and monitoring.● Execute media buys aligned with client or business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, or conversions, using the right audiences, placements, and buying strategies.● Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budget pacing by reviewing performance and making adjustments to improve results and reduce budget wastage.● Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS, and use the data to identify issues and recommend improvements.● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to develop effective media strategies that align with campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and expected results.● Prepare campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and clients, clearly communicating results and areas for improvement.● Stay up to date with industry trends, ad tech developments, and privacy regulations to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant.● Manage relationships with DSP vendors, data providers, and ad exchanges, including resolving platform-related issues and ensuring effective use of available tools and data.Required Skills & Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience: in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field, with the ability to independently manage digital media campaigns.● Proven experience: in programmatic advertising or digital media buying, with practical experience: managing paid digital advertising campaigns.● Hands-on experience: with DSP platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, etc.), including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization.● Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to use campaign data to make informed decisions.● Understanding of digital advertising metrics and attribution models.● Excellent communication and presentation skills for clearly communicating campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
