The successful candidate will supervise the Sales and Marketing team, generate qualified leads, manage the sales pipeline, support client conversion, coordinate marketing campaigns, promote travel packages, grow corporate and individual client accounts, and provide measurable sales and marketing reports. The role requires a practical sales and marketing professional who can connect marketing activity to client enquiries, lead conversion, repeat business and revenue growth. Key Requirements: First degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Sales, Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience: in sales, marketing, business development, client acquisition, corporate sales, digital marketing or customer growth roles. At least 2 to 4 years’ experience: supervising or coordinating a sales, marketing, business development or customer acquisition team. Excellent oral and written communication skills for client engagement, proposal writing, sales follow-up, campaign messaging, presentations and commercial reporting. Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, client presentations and corporate account communication. Strong sales discipline, communication skills, commercial drive and reporting ability. Professional certification or training in sales, marketing, digital marketing, CRM or business development will be an added advantage.
