The role oversees garment processing, quality assurance, packaging, inventory control and order fulfilment while ensuring efficient resource utilization, adherence to operating standards and continuous development of production personnel. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production and fulfilment activities. Ensure efficient processing of garments and cleaning orders in accordance with established quality standards. Allocate work and resources to achieve production targets and service delivery schedules. Fulfilment & Quality Assurance: Oversee garment inspection, quality control, packaging and order fulfilment. Monitor turnaround times and maintain consistently high service standards. Ensure order accuracy and minimize rework, losses and customer complaints. Resource & Asset Management: Supervise the effective utilization of personnel, equipment and production materials. Coordinate preventive maintenance and promptly report equipment faults. Monitor inventory levels of consumables and packaging materials. Team Leadership & Development: Foster teamwork, discipline, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement. Lead, supervise and motivate production personnel to achieve operational targets.
