They are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Officer Location: Ugbe Akoko, Ondo Start Date: Immediate Job Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial operations, excellent analytical skills, and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience: in a similar role. We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join its finance team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls. Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations. Support payroll processing and other finance-related activities. Monitor inventory-related financial transactions where applicable. Assist with audits by preparing the required financial records and reports. Process payments, receipts, invoices, and reconciliations accurately. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Requirements: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
