Key Responsibilities: Perform other accounting/administrative duties as assigned by the Accountant/Finance Manager. Process and record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments). Support stock/inventory reconciliation with warehouse and production records. Provide support during internal and external audits. Prepare and post journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger records. Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Assist with statutory remittances (e.g., PAYE, VAT, Pension) and related documentation. Assist with invoicing, payment vouchers, and reconciliation of supplier/customer accounts. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and accounting records. Assist in preparation of periodic financial and expenditure reports. Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage.
