The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the Managing Director, executives, and authorized family members when required. The role involves maintaining the assigned vehicle, ensuring punctuality, observing strict confidentiality, and supporting errands and logistics activities. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled before trips. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance needs. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays. Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items when required. Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off for meetings, appointments, and official engagements. Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, neat, and roadworthy condition at all times. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and trips. Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle servicing and repairs. Maintain valid vehicle documents, insurance, and licensing requirements. Run official and personal errands as assigned by the Managing Director. Safely transport the Managing Director and authorized personnel to and from designated locations.
