Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Internship & Graduate Experience: Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Internship & Graduate - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Technical Support: Assist in providing first-level technical support for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment. Assist with system installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and documentation. Support IT infrastructure projects and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Maintain proper records of IT assets, installations, and service activities. Logistics & Operations: Coordinate the delivery and collection of IT products and equipment to and from clients.
