Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate ERP/WMS inventory records. Monitor receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments. Ensure proper storage and bin allocation. Monitor stock ageing. Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance. Stock Control & Verification: Perform cycle counts. Support physical stock counts. Investigate shortages, overages, and damages. Ensure physical stock matches system stock. Documentation & System Management: Update inventory transactions. Maintain inventory reports. Verify GRNs and stock transfers. Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate stock movement. Support picking and dispatch. Coordinate with Quality Control. Compliance & Audit: Ensure SOP compliance. Support internal and external audits. Report inventory risks and discrepancies. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare inventory MIS reports. Monitor inventory KPIs. Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years' experience: in inventory or warehouse operations.
