Facilitate direct engagement between CNCEC International and project decision-makers. Support project qualification, commercial discussions and project contracting. Maintain good relationships with the senior management of the clients, investors, shareholders, and key decision-makers. What We Are Looking For Candidates with work experience: in oil & gas and chemical industries preferred; prior work at major oil & gas firms or chemical enterprises is a plus. Well-established senior-level network across government and regulators, oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, chemical and core industrial sectors. Direct access to Government agencies, like NUPRC, NMDPRA, MDGIF etc., National/ Private Oil Companies, IOCs, Petrochemical companies and other relevant stakeholders.
