Key Responsibilities: Optimise kernel recovery and whole kernel percentage. Work closely with QA and Maintenance departments. Identify process improvement opportunities. Develop production supervisors and operators. Minimise production losses and wastage. Monitor production output and factory efficiency. Monitor labour productivity and machine utilisation. Supervise all production sections, including steaming, shelling, drying, peeling, grading, and packaging. Coordinate manpower deployment across production lines. Prepare production reports and performance analyses. Prepare and execute monthly and daily production plans. Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality requirements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Downtime attributable to production Whole kernel percentage Daily production target achievement Labour productivity Production losses Kernel recovery rate Production efficiency Production cost per MT. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, or related discipline. Compulsory: Must Worked In Cashew Processing Factory as Production Manager.
