We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Human Resource Officer Job Location : Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new staff. Maintain and organise employee records and documentation. Support staff attendance tracking and performance monitoring. Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and workplace standards. Coordinate employee communication and internal announcements. Support conflict resolution and employee relations processes. Assist management with staff scheduling and operational coordination. Monitor staff discipline, professionalism, and workplace conduct. Help organise staff meetings, training sessions, and team activities. Support payroll preparation and staff documentation processes when required. Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR records. Develop ideas to improve staff productivity, engagement, and workplace culture. Requirements: Minimum of B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and within a team.
