Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and report operational needs or shortages. Ensure guests receive excellent service and promptly resolve complaints or concerns. Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations across all departments. Handle emergency situations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to hotel management. Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and maintaining adequate staffing levels. Support revenue-generating activities and help achieve hotel occupancy and service targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
