In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, designing intuitive visual dashboards, and leveraging statistical methodologies to support strategic business decisions. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Leverage Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, Scikit-Learn) for predictive modeling, automated data pipelines, and exploratory data analysis (EDA). Translate technical findings into concise, actionable insights and present recommendations to key stakeholders and management. Collect, clean, preprocess, and integrate data from structured and unstructured sources using Python and SQL. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define key metrics, and deliver data-driven solutions. Build, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Conduct rigorous statistical analyses, hypothesis testing, and quantitative research using SPSS and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Required Qualifications & Skills Database & Querying: Fundamental understanding of SQL for database querying and data extraction. Python: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and scripting Power BI: Proven track record in data modeling (DAX), report creation, dashboard UI design, and scheduled refresh configurations. Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency including VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex logical formulas, and data modeling. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field with at least 1 year experience. SPSS: Strong practical experience: in advanced statistical modeling, regression analysis, ANOVA, factor analysis, and research data processing.
