Our client is seeking an experienced and technically competent Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102 SLX1 Operator to join its production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience: operating and maintaining the Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102 SLX1 or a closely related offset printing press, with a strong understanding of print quality, machine settings, production processes, and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Monitor printing operations and ensure consistent print quality. Ensure proper handling and feeding of printing materials. Work closely with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams. Set up the machine according to job specifications and production requirements. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and production procedures. Perform colour matching, registration, and other necessary adjustments during production. Carry out routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine. Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting to minimise machine downtime. Meet daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards. Maintain accurate production records and report machine faults promptly. Operate the Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102 SLX1 efficiently and safely. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience: operating a Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102 or similar offset printing press. Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and machine setup. Experience: working in a manufacturing, packaging, or commercial printing environment is highly desirable. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Ability to troubleshoot common machine and printing issues. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
