We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Process Control / Revenue Assurance Officer Location : Lagos Responsibilities: Review fees, commissions, charges, interest, waivers, concessions, reversals, refunds, and manual adjustments. Provide advisory support to business units on internal controls, revenue assurance, and compliance. Monitor compliance with approved pricing structures, Product Papers, SLAs, and tariff guidelines. Investigate income variances and exceptions and recommend corrective actions. Identify control gaps that may result in financial losses, fraud, or regulatory breaches. Review transactions to identify processing errors, control breaches, and revenue leakages. Identify revenue leakages, undercharge, overcharges, process deficiencies, and system gaps. Analyze interest and non-interest income to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare periodic process-control and revenue-assurance reports for Management. Perform control testing and assurance reviews, recommending corrective actions. Conduct periodic process reviews and control assessments. Validate and track recovery of identified revenue leakages. Maintain trackers for control exceptions, revenue leakages, recoveries, and remedial actions. Escalate material control breaches and unresolved revenue losses. Salary Range Above N750,000 - N1,000,000 / month.
