This is a senior media management role, not an editorial, cinematography or technical position. Responsibilities: Oversee news, editorial, production, digital media and creative functions. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Develop media partnerships, sponsorships and commercial opportunities. Drive audience growth across digital platforms. Build a strong network of reporters, correspondents, presenters and content contributors. Manage budgets, resources and overall operational performance. Provide overall leadership and direction for Nimojen TV. Represent Nimojen TV professionally with relevant industry stakeholders. Establish strong editorial, production and operational standards. Recruit, manage and develop a high-performing media team. Develop original programmes, news content, interviews, documentaries and entertainment content.
