We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Coordinator to join our team. The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance and promote a safe workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies. Provide training and awareness programs on HSE matters. Manage environmental programs and sustainability initiatives. Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records. Foster a strong safety culture among employees. Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate HSE initiatives effectively. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE practices. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Ensure regulatory compliance with HSE standards. Plan and conduct emergency response drills. Requirements: Proven experience: as an HSE Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO45001 implementation and aduiting. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications are a plus. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills. N150,000 – N300,000 monthly.
