The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align training with operational goals. Performance monitoring: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Compliance training: Ensure all mandatory training requirements: are met. Budget management: Plan and manage training budgets effectively. Employee development: Identify skill gaps and create learning paths for staff. Training program design: Develop and implement training strategies tailored to business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4–6 years of proven experience: in training management or learning & development. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
