Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers. Promote generators, solutions, and after-sales services. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Work with technical teams to understand customer requirements. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience: in sales/business development, preferably within generators, power solutions, industrial equipment, engineering, or a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
