Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through field marketing, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital channels. Promote and sell the company\'s products and services to prospective and existing customers. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales opportunities. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and customer experience. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads using the company\'s CRM or designated reporting system. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of products or services. Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
