Read more about this company Protocol, Delegates & Institutional Relations Lead Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: Location Lagos Job Field NGO/Non-Profit , Volunteer What You Will Do The Lead will support GEW in managing and coordinating: Government officials and public-sector stakeholders Diplomats, embassies, high commissions and international representatives Delegates, VIP guests and institutional participants Award nominees, recipients and honourees Official invitations, confirmations and follow-ups Guest protocol, reception and engagement Institutional correspondence and stakeholder relations Coordination of official guests before and during GEW activities Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant institutions and stakeholders Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is confident engaging government officials, diplomats and senior stakeholders Is organised, responsive and professional Understands basic event protocol and stakeholder engagement Can represent GEW professionally in external engagements Has strong follow-up and relationship-management skills Can work independently and collaboratively within a team Has experience: in protocol, public relations, government affairs, diplomacy, events, stakeholder engagement or a related field Experience: is an advantage, but commitment, professionalism and the ability to build relationships are equally important.
