HMO Empanelled Hospitals We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Account Officer Location: Ilupeju and Festac Town, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Job Responsibilities: Support Marketing Activities:Collaborate with the marketing department to track the success of promotional events or campaigns targeted at referring physicians. Commission/Incentive Processing:Calculate, verify, and process payments (commissions or referral fees) to referring practitioners and institutions. Referral Partner Management:Maintain and update records of referral doctors, clinics, and health maintenance organizations (HMOs). Database Maintenance:Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases (CRM) of all referral sources, including tracking patient volume from each source. Accounts Receivable & Invoicing:Manage invoices for referred patients, ensure accurate billing, and follow up on outstanding payments from partners. Reconciliation & Reporting:Reconcile referral account transactions with the general ledger and prepare weekly/monthly reports on referral trends and revenue.
