We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Product Lead, NaviHealth.ai Location: Lagos Role Overview This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that requires someone who can define the product vision, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage platform operations, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, tech-savvy, and deeply passionate about improving healthcare navigation. The Lead, NaviHealth.ai will provide strategic leadership for NaviHealth.ai, driving the product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional execution to ensure continuous improvement and impact. Key Responsibilities: Product Leadership & Strategy: Work closely with product, engineering, data, clinical, and design teams to ensure product alignment with user needs. Drive continuous enhancement of the directory - accuracy, usability, and service quality. Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion. Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for NaviHealth.ai Platform Operations & Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality standards for all data inputs, user processes, and product outputs. Ensure smooth resolution of issues raised by users, internal teams, or partners. Coordinate updates, releases, and system improvements with technical teams. Oversee the daily operations of NaviHealth.ai, ensuring all provider/facility data is accurate, updated, and compliant. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate the work of NaviHealth.ai officers and other team members responsible for data entry, validation, and support. Organize and lead project check-ins, sprint reviews, and progress meetings. Facilitate communication across functions to ensure everyone is aligned with product goals, deadlines, and roles. Project Management & Execution: Create and manage project plans, timelines, communication plans, and reporting structures. Identify risks, challenges, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them. Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts to internal teams and leadership. Ensure all product deliverables meet required standards and deadlines. Documentation, Training & User Support: Oversee the development of user guides, FAQs, SOPs, and training materials. Provide support and clarity to relevant teams to ensure consistent product usage. Ensure seamless onboarding for internal users and external stakeholders. Stakeholder Management & Growth: Monitor user satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of escalations. Engage internal clinical teams, product teams, and external partners to strengthen platform impact. Identify opportunities to enhance the value of NaviHealth.ai through partnerships, integrations, and product improvements. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership. Ensure data-driven decision-making using platform analytics and user trends. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future processes. Requirements: Experience: leading cross-functional teams in a tech-driven environment. 5+ years of experience: in product ownership, program/project management, operations management, or digital health. Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field; Master’s is an advantage. Strong familiarity with digital products, health navigation systems, or healthcare service delivery is a plus.
