We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: After-Sales Driver Location: Eleganza Plaza, Ajao Estate - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Strictly comply with traffic regulations and company vehicle management rules to ensure safe and punctual delivery. Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to keep vehicles in good condition. Responsible for transportation and delivery of after-sales goods, including spare parts, finished products, used machines, and other items. Cooperate with loading/unloading personnel for shipment and receipt handovers, assist in handling on-site emergencies, and ensure efficient after-sales logistics operations. Job Responsibilities: Transportation Execution: Ensure vehicles are parked securely at designated locations during off-duty hours. Follow dispatch instructions to safely transport spare parts, complete units, and returned machines. Plan optimal delivery routes to avoid congestion, ensure timeliness, and reduce transportation costs. Verify cargo manifests, ensure consistency between documents and goods, and obtain proper signed receipts. Vehicle Management: Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and log vehicle conditions. Manage vehicle licenses, insurance, and related paperwork to ensure validity and compliance. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major repair needs promptly. Safety & Compliance: Participate in company-provided safe-driving training sessions to enhance safety awareness. Safeguard transported goods against loss, rain damage, or breakage. Strictly adhere to traffic laws; prohibit speeding, overloading, fatigue driving, and drunk driving. Job Authorities: Operation Authority: Provide reasonable suggestions for optimizing delivery routes and dispatch plans. Suggest suspending operations if significant vehicle safety hazards are identified. Suggestion Authority Refuse to load goods that violate safety regulations or exceed weight limits. Provide feedback and suggestions regarding vehicle maintenance and replacement. Working Conditions: Work Location: Nigeria service centers, warehouses, and customer locations. Occupational Health: Risks include back/neck strain, eye fatigue, and traffic accidents. Work Environment: Outdoor work required; exposure to high temperatures, dust, and challenging road conditions; requires prolonged driving. Labor Protection: Company uniform required; equipped with onboard fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, and other safety facilities. Job Requirements: Experience: Valid Nigerian driver's license (Class C or above) with at least 3 years of driving experience. No record of major traffic accidents, DUI, or drug-related driving offenses. Education: and Major: Junior high school diploma or above; major not restricted.
