The Regional Manager, Medical Operations, will provide medical and operational leadership for Oceanic Health Management Limited's healthcare activities within the assigned region, ensuring effective service delivery, provider performance, and quality of care. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership for regional medical operations. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services delivered to members. Manage relationships with healthcare providers within the region. Review medical utilization and identify opportunities for improved cost and quality management. Support the resolution of complex clinical and member-related issues. Monitor provider performance and adherence to agreed standards.
