Job Purpose The Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions Manager is responsible for supporting SeaLearn's student recruitment, admissions, marketing, and enrolment activities. The postholder will play a key role in attracting prospective students, converting enquiries into applications, guiding applicants through the admissions process, and securing student enrolments that contribute to SeaLearn's recruitment targets and commercial objectives. The role requires a highly motivated individual with proven experience: in student recruitment, customer relationship management, admissions administration, and marketing campaigns. Particular emphasis will be placed on the ability to successfully convert prospective students into enrolled and fee-paying learners. Experience: in maritime education, maritime training, shipping, seafarer development, or related industries would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Applicants must demonstrate a proven track record of recruiting and converting students into enrolled and fee-paying learners, with evidence of achieving recruitment or sales targets. Student Recruitment and Conversion: Actively recruit students for SeaLearn programmes, professional courses, and maritime training programmes.
