Deliver classroom and hands-on lessons on housekeeping, childcare, elderly care, cooking, laundry, hygiene, and home management. Educate staff on workplace etiquette, communication skills, professionalism, personal grooming, and customer service. Assess students' understanding through practical exercises, assignments, and evaluations. Provide additional coaching and support to trainees who require improvement. Monitor class attendance, participation, discipline, and overall progress. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and teaching aids.
