CasaLavoro Limited is seeking an experienced, highly creative, and commercially minded Head of Architecture to lead the company's architectural function across its real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and other consultants. Identify opportunities to improve the Company's architectural standards and design portfolio. Lead the design process from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation. Lead and mentor architects and architectural designers. Conduct design reviews and ensure timely delivery of architectural outputs. Ensure designs meet required quality, functionality, aesthetics, regulations, and project objectives. Present design concepts and project proposals to Management and clients. Lead the architectural design function and provide strategic direction to the architectural team. Ensure compliance with relevant planning regulations, building codes, and professional standards. Review and approve architectural drawings, designs, specifications, and presentations. Develop innovative and high-quality architectural concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Work closely with the Real Estate, Construction, and Management teams. Requirements: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design ability. Excellent knowledge of architectural design and construction documentation. Registered Architect with relevant professional body / registration. Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture with 8 – 12+ years of relevant architectural experience. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Lumion, 3D Max, or similar software. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Strong leadership and project management skills.
