We requires the servicers of an experienced Electrical and Air- Conditioner Technician who OND or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience: Functional Responsibilities: Your duties shall include but not limited to the following: air conditioners installations Documenting the work completed and materials used Completing work orders on time Adhering to state and local building regulations. Handling customer queries and responding to call outs. Troubleshooting and resolving problems. Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members Preparing cost estimates. Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in the apartments Air conditioners trouble shooting and repairs Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures. Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts. Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers and other electrical devices Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures. Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
