Read more about this company Business Development Executive Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND Experience Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Job Summary Kaizen Microfinance Bank is seeking dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Executives to drive business growth by sourcing new customers, mobilizing deposits, marketing the Bank's products and services, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers for the Bank's products and services. Mobilize deposits and achieve assigned business targets. Market loan products and facilitate quality loan origination. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer issues. Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports. Comply with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the financial services industry is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
