Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, expenses, and other accounting entries in the financial system. Record, reconcile, and monitor daily, monthly, and annual transactions relating to customers’ and suppliers’ statements. Perform regular account reconciliations and promptly investigate and resolve financial discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents. Maintain accurate ledger entries and support bank and other account reconciliations. Support budgeting, cash flow management, and other financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with approved financial policies, procedures, accounting standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Finance team and other business units to support the achievement of the organization’s financial objectives. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
