We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Revenue Officer) Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Department: Revenue / Finance Job Summary / Overview The Graduate Trainee (Revenue Officer) will support revenue collection, monitoring, reconciliation, and customer engagement activities. This is a field-based role requiring hands-on field experience, regular field visits, and active participation in revenue operations across designated areas of Abuja. Key Responsibilities: Assist with revenue collection, reconciliation, and transaction verification. Engage directly with customers, businesses, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate compliance with payment obligations. Conduct regular field visits across designated areas of Abuja to monitor revenue activities and support collection efforts. Work with team members to achieve assigned revenue and operational targets. Support the preparation of revenue reports, field reports, and performance analyses. Escalate issues identified during field operations and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Identify, document, and report revenue leakages, irregularities, and areas of non-compliance. Ensure all field activities are conducted in line with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of field activities, transactions, customer information, and collections. Participate directly in field-based revenue collection, monitoring, verification, and enforcement activities. Eligibility Criteria Field Experience: Candidates must have hands-on field experience, preferably in revenue collection, field operations, customer engagement, sales, compliance, inspection, or a related function. Age: 24–28 years. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be familiar with Abuja and able to navigate its major districts, communities, and key locations. Basic knowledge of revenue collection, financial transactions, or accounting processes is an added advantage. Education: HND or B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 2-3 years experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Competency Requirements: Ability to work effectively across different locations and environments in Abuja. Ability and willingness to carry out hands-on field activities as a core part of the job. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
