The ideal candidate will ensure safe dispensing of medications, provide professional health advice, and maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Licensed Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Victoria Island. Key Responsibilities: Team Collaboration: Work with pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations Compliance: Ensure all operations follow PCN, NAFDAC, and company SOPs. Maintain accurate records for controlled drugs Health Programs: Support in-store health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness campaigns as required. Patient Care: Provide health advice, minor ailment consultations, and referrals when needed Dispensing & Counseling: Accurately dispense prescription and OTC medications. Counsel patients on dosage, side effects, and drug interactions Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, check expiry dates, and manage cold chain products Customer Service: Build relationships with patients and healthcare providers. Handle inquiries professionally and empathetically Requirements: License: Current practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN). NYSC certificate or exemption letter required Experience: 1-3 years post-licensure experience: in retail/community pharmacy preferred. New graduates with strong internship experience: will be considered. Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution Skills: Other: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical law High ethical standards and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Proficiency with pharmacy software and MS Office N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
