Review, dispense, and verify prescription medications accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide expert medication counseling and pharmaceutical care to patients. Monitor drug therapies for effectiveness, interactions, contraindications, and adverse effects. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment outcomes. Oversee procurement, inventory control, and stock management of pharmaceutical and medical supplies. Ensure compliance with all Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and ethical standards. Develop and implement pharmacy policies, protocols, and quality assurance measures.
