Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Acquisition Employee Engagement and Retention Strategic HR Planning Training, Learning, and Career Development The role will encompass, but is not limited to, the following: Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess: A minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience: within the FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or FinTech sectors. Demonstrated experience: in strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and workforce planning. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline. Relevant professional HR certification(s), which will be considered an added advantage. Additional postgraduate or professional qualifications will be highly desirable.
