Demonstrated experience: in strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and workforce planning. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline. Relevant professional HR certification(s), which will be considered an added advantage. Additional postgraduate or professional qualifications will be highly desirable.
