The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving consumer engagement, and supporting business growth across multiple channels. Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. Plan and execute brand activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Manage the company's social media and digital marketing activities. Coordinate influencer and media partnerships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI. Coordinate marketing materials and promotional assets. Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions. Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support commercial objectives. Maintain marketing calendars and activation schedules. Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and service providers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns. Ability to plan and execute marketing activations and promotional campaigns. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Preferred Requirements: Experience working with FMCG brands is an advantage. Experience coordinating events and brand activations.
