The Accountant will prepare the company financial accounting, treasury management, provision of management and statutory reports, and support the organization’s business planning and performance management processes. We are looking for a highly skilled individuals with excellent management skills and industry knowledge to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and year-end closing of the books and provision of financial reports for management and statutory purposes. Implement a cost accounting system (standard costs, actual costs, investigation of variances) for effective cost management. Maintain the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and recording of transactions; review entries to the general and subsidiary ledger to assure accuracy and compliance with the company accounting procedures. Support the external audit process by ensuring availability of all required financial and non-financial records. Implement the company’s chart of accounts and accounting system (policies, procedures, technology) for effective financial reporting and control. Qualifications Must have ICAN & other related certifications. HND in Accounting with 10 -15years experience: in the Manufacturing industry. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Software Competencies: Time Management Strong Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Analysis.
