The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – PMD (Oil & Gas) Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job Summary This role requires deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to close high-value deals within upstream and downstream environments. We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong exposure to the Oil & Gas industry to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key OEM and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Deliver revenue and EBITDA targets. Lead OEM coordination for projects within Nigeria. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities. Support pricing strategy and receivables management. Conduct market research to unlock new growth opportunities. Drive sales growth for assigned products and solutions. Manage opportunity #pipeline and CRM reporting. Build and sustain executive-level customer relationships. Requirements: Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and close contracts. Strong track record in technical solution sales. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field. Minimum 8 years’ sales experience, including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas.
