Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration disciplines etc. Minimum of 12 years relevant experience: in a senior generalist role in an Oil & Gas, Energy, power or similar Organization, out of which 5 years must have been in managerial role. A relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., MSc in HRM, Management with HR focus or MBA) would be an added advantage.
