You will lead a team to enforce strict quality standards, prevent malpractice, and protect the company from losses. Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Supervise daily scrap recycling and sorting operations. Inspect incoming scrap loads to detect and remove rejects (iron, contaminants, etc.). Monitor weighbridge activity to ensure rejects are not passed off as usable scrap. Lead, train, and discipline sorting staff to follow proper recycling procedures. Keep accurate records of accepted and rejected scrap. Report irregularities or suspected malpractice to management immediately. Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the scrap yard. Requirements: Minimum of HND in any discipline. At least 2 years’ supervisory or factory experience: (manufacturing, recycling, or FMCG preferred). High integrity and zero tolerance for dishonesty.
