The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment while preparing students for national and international examinations. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging English Language lessons. Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and assessments. Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for WAEC, NECO, BECE, Checkpoint, and IGCSE examinations. Promote excellent grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and creative writing skills. Maintain accurate academic records. Integrate technology into teaching where appropriate. Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities. Foster discipline and a positive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress.
