We are seeking an experienced Cosmetic Product Development & Business Manager to lead the development and commercialization of cosmetic products from concept to market. Key Responsibilities: Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Conduct research on cosmetic trends, ingredients, and market opportunities. Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, and regulatory stakeholders. Develop business strategies to grow the Cosmetics Department and identify new revenue-generating opportunities, including consulting, formulation services, contract manufacturing, product licensing, and strategic partnerships. Lead cosmetic product development from formulation to commercial launch. Present project updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, and industry standards. Support product pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities. Requirements: 5 – 6 years' experience: in cosmetic product development or manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities beyond routine project execution.
