You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear deliverables and ensuring projects are executed successfully from initiation through completion. The ideal candidates will combine strong product and project management skills with the ability to work across Marketing, Technology/IT teams, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure end-to-end delivery. Manage project follow-ups and ensure stakeholders deliver agreed actions within timelines. Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation, and digital solutions. Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and service providers. Prepare project updates, status reports, and presentations for relevant stakeholders. Translate business requirements: and marketing needs into clear project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and action plans. Lead and coordinate AI and digitalization projects within the Marketing function from initiation to delivery. Coordinate testing, implementation, user feedback, and deployment activities where applicable. Monitor project progress against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and expected outcomes. Drive Agile project management practices, including planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and continuous improvement. Work closely with Marketing, Technology/IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Requirements: Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to drive tasks through to completion.
