Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the factory. Supervise the entire workflow of factory operations ensuring they meet their deliverables. Ensure scheduled maintenance of all machinery forestalling breakdowns Ensure that production unit achieves the company's production goals and targets. Work with production and maintenance team to draw up production planning and schedules according to demand & inventory level. Set up operating and quality standards, production processes and ensure implementation. Supervise and evaluate performance of all factory personnel, identify training needs and execute them. Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required Ensure comprehensive and transparent inventory management procedures Monitor the rotational molding or injection molding process for defects. Analyze defect data to find the root cause of manufacturing issues. Work with production engineers to fix machine errors or mold defects. Update quality control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure products meet industry standards and consumer safety laws. Maintain clear records of test results, inspections, and customer complaints. Qualifications B.Eng/HND in Engineering or Natural Sciences and related courses. Requirements: Minimum of 15 years senior management work experience: preferably from a plastics and cable manufacturing company.
