Job Purpose The role oversees field operations, engineering support, asset utilization, operational planning, project execution, quality assurance, HSE compliance, and resource management while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Cross-Functional Collaboration. Compliance, Quality and HSE Reporting Technical Leadership Regulatory and Industry Compliance Project Advisory and Execution Support Tendering and Commercial Support Business Development and Growth Strategic Planning Client Relationship Management Qualifications Experience: working with international oil companies (IOCs), indigenous operators, EPC or major service companies is an advantage. Membership of relevant professional bodies (NSE, SPE, PMI, etc.) is desirable. Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related discipline). At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience: in upstream oil and gas operations or oilfield services. Experience: in contract execution for IOCs, indigenous operators, or oilfield service companies. Demonstrated experience: managing field operations, engineering teams, and client projects. Experience: working with international oil companies (IOCs), indigenous operators, EPC or major service companies is an advantage. COREN registration is an added advantage.
