Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Responsibilities: Programme Execution and Coordination: Support country partners in earned income projects, policy initiatives, and research dissemination. Coordinate the Africa Impact Summit (AIS) and at least one additional regional event annually, with measurable outputs and post-event documentation. Lead project roll-outs across countries, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of outcomes. Develop and manage annual and quarterly programme implementation plans aligned with AIIG’s 5-year strategy. KPI Targets: ≥80% satisfaction rate from national partners and event participants ≥90% of annual workplan deliverables achieved on schedule and within budget Stakeholder Engagement and Country Support: Facilitate regional knowledge-sharing, webinars, and collaborative platforms. Manage communication with strategic partners (e.g., GSG Impact, funders, UNDP) regarding ongoing programming initiatives. Serve as the Secretariat’s liaison with national partners (NIEBs), ensuring alignment of activities and shared learning.
