Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Morning Shift Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Follow the company route plan and visit the core wholesale markets in your territory daily, covering first-tier wholesalers, second-tier wholesalers, and retail outlets. Research the local mosquito-coil market: track competing brands, retail prices, buying habits, and overall market conditions. Collect contact details and WhatsApp numbers of every wholesaler and retailer in the market, and submit them to the head office for filing. Take photos of the market, competitor stands, and on-ground activity, and report them to the head office daily. Carry out all market development and daily tasks strictly in line with head-office policies, requirements, and instructions. Maintain existing partner merchants, stay in regular contact, and keep growing repeat purchases and sales volume. Continuously develop new merchants, negotiate partnerships, and win new customers and orders to grow our local market footprint. Run local brand promotion: add merchants on WhatsApp, regularly push product content, adverts, and promotion policies, and build brand awareness in your territory over time. Collect market problems, the latest competitor moves, customer needs, and suggestions in real time, and feed them back to head office immediately. Requirements: You live long-term in the area you apply for and know its major markets and the mosquito-coil trade well. Fluent in English and the local language, and comfortable negotiating with wholesalers and retailers. You own a smartphone, can take photos and use WhatsApp, and can independently organise your work and submit daily reports. Strong preference for candidates with prior field sales experience: in FMCG, household goods or mosquito coils. Existing relationships with local merchants and wholesalers are a strong advantage and will be given priority. Proactive and full of ideas, able to work the market and open customers on your own.
